Just the life of a dog

Today I was out with Bailey and we were walking and she was doing her business. Well I turned my back for one second and the next thing I know Bailey was eating another dog’s poop. I pulled her away and told her “no mam”. That is what I say to her when she does something bad. well anyways I cant believe that she did that. She has never done anything like that before not even when she was a pup. I dont know what made her do it. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen……Today was not a good day for bailey. Now everytime she wants to cuddle or sit in my lap all I can think of is her eating poop! yuck!

Woke up this morning and it was great! Bailey got her christmas gifts and so did mommy. Bailey got a stocking full of stuff. I got her lots of bones and things to help her teeth(bad breath) She also got a cute little sweater for those chilly days out walking. Also got a stuffed animal that she has already pulled the stuffing out of. She loved her christmas presents and she is happy. Mommy got a nice diamond butterfly necklace from husband so I am happy too….

My dog bailey has started snoring really bad lately. I dont know if it is serious or not. I think maybe it is allergies but who knows. Guess we need to take a trip to the vet. If it is not serious it is extremely annoying. Me and my husband are watching tv or just reading and she is so loud we are ready to scream.

Hope she is okay. I want bailey to be a very healthy and happy doggie!

Went to the dog park in my area today with bailey. I just wanted to let her loose and let her run and play but for some reason she stuck to me like glue. We were by ourselves for awhile and then two guys came with their dogs. I went there just to relax and read a book while bailey ran around but for some reason people think at the park that you are suppose to talk to them and talk about your pets. I didn’t want to talk to anybody. I was friendly though.

While I was talking to the gentleman who started our conversation another guy brought two pitt bull dogs into our gated area which is just for small dogs under 20 pounds. Well the guy talking to me just got so upset because he didn’t want those dogs around his because he said that those kind of dogs are unstable. I dont know much about pitt bulls but I have heard terrible things about them. The guy left and  I was there with the man and his dogs. I didnt want to rude so I made some excuse about bailey not wanting to be social which was kinda true.

I was just wondering if it is illegal to have pitt bulls in the county of katy texas? doesnt really matter but I dont want to go to the dog park if people are bringing dangerous puppies.

Giving your dog any chocolate could lead to death. Why? Because chocolate contains Theobromine, which is a stimulant found in the cocoa bean. This increases urination, effects the nervous system and the heart muscle.

• heart rate increase
• extreme hyperactivity
• uncontrollable urination
• restlessness
• muscle twitching
• excessive panting

All of these can lead to hypothermia, seizures, comas, or even death.

Do you wonder How much is too much? Just say that any is too much and do not take that chance no matter how much your dog is begging for it. It is just not worth the life of your dog.
